Please read through the following Terms & Conditions to make sure you're fully aware of all details when it comes to Ordering, Payment and Delivery.


I create all my items from start to finish (with the exception of a few fascinators and pieces of jewellery) so nearly all the items you see on this site are made to order along with custom designed items.  This means an item is created only after you have placed your order and is made especially for you within those last few days.  This avoids having numerous items in stock which are simply just waiting to be purchased.  

All items are therefore individually and skillfully handcrafted to detail using the finest materials, so with this in mind please allow approximately 2-3 weeks to complete your order.  If you are unable to wait 2-3 weeks then perhaps you may wish to use the Rush Order Service. You will receive notification by email when your order is received and again when your item(s) is ready for posting.  All items are posted First Class, Recorded Delivery, unless requested otherwise.

Custom Made - Quotes & Orders

I will also be delighted to Custom Make an item for you.  If you would like an item matched to your specific colour scheme then either pop a little sample shade of this in the post to me or supply me with a quantity of fabric and I can then make your item from this. 

Maybe you have a different veil requirement to those you have seen on my website and you would like your veil to have specific tier lengths, width, a unique embellishment or maybe a different coloured veil altogether, then please use the Non Obligation Quote Form detailing your requirements and I will be happy to get back to you.  All forms can be found on my Forms Page.

I will try and get back to you usually within the day and we can have a chat about your requirements and any queries you may have.  Please bear in mind that although I aim to answer emails within the day, there may be occasions when I'm working on rush orders or its a particularly busy period and so it maybe 1-2 days before Im able to reply.  I check my emails daily, so please don't worry if you have an urgent question or query as I will reply to these to save you any unnecessary worry.

Once we have agreed on the final design and materials, I will be happy to quote a price without any obligation.

Please make sure you measure your desired veil length carefully to avoid any unnecessary loss of time and expense.  If you are having difficulties deciding then you may like to refer to the Veil Length Guide.

Rush Order Service £15

If you are unable to wait 2-3 weeks for your order then this can be processed as a Rush Order.  Simply indicate this on the Order Form for either Wedding Veils or Wedding Accessories.  As an extra caution, please email me at linda@lindasveils to let me know you wish to use this service, along with your completed Form and I will then let you have an idea when to expect delivery of your item.  I can usually accommodate all Rush Orders.


Once you have completed your order you will have a choice of several payment options.   Wherever possible I do prefer a Bank Transfer as this is not only quick and instant but its easier for me when checking and keeping track of payments and records.  

If you're unable to use either a Bank Transfer or Paypal then don't worry as you will find other options listed on the Order Form.  If you wish, you can simply complete your Order Form, copy and send this to me with your payment.  All payment details and address can be found on the Order Forms.  If you choose to post your order and payment then please email and confirm you are doing so.  I can then "keep an eye out" for this.  I will confirm receipt of your order and payment via email.


I can only accept an order cancellation if made within 7 days following receipt at lindasveils.

Delivery & Postal Costs

All veils will be sent with bubblewrap wrapped around the comb and so protecting the veil from any snags or pulls.  The veil itself will be wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a box for added protection.  All veils will have care instructions included.

The majority of my accessories will be wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a box for added protection, depending on their size and appropriate method of sending in the post. 

If living in the UK, your item will be sent by Tracked Courier Service 2-3 day delivery.  All postage amounts reflect this price.  

If you wish to use one of the following options then please let me know and I will adjust your postal costs accordingly. 

     *  UK items are delivered by Tracked Courier Service 2-3 day delivery £5.95

     *  Guaranteed Next Day Special Delivery UK Only upon request £8.95

     *  Outside the UK £18.00 (times may vary)

     *  Rush Orders - upon prior agreement by email £12

Non Deliverable

lindasveils can not be held responsible for any item which fails to be delivered after leaving my possession or for any non delivery of item to an address error which may have been given to me whilst placing an order.  With this in mind please make sure you double check your details before placing an order.  Postal costs will not be reimbursed.

Lindasveils can not be accountable for any late delivery made by either the Royal Mail or the Tracked Courier Service.

Wherever possible I will try my utmost to rectify any problem you may experience. 

Custom Charges

For countries abroad, please be aware that in some circumstances your country may charge Custom Charges when your item enters into your country.  lindasveils can not be held responsible for these Custom Charges your country may charge you.  This is something unique to your own country and lindasveils has no way of knowing these and therefore can not be held accountable.


All veils & wedding accessories produced at lindasveils are made to the highest standard and prior to posting, each and every item is checked and then double checked again for finishes, edgings, trims etc.  An item will not leave my possession unless it is 100% perfect in every detail so I am sure you will be happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your item then please contact me within 2 days of receipt of order and I will attempt to resolve the problem. 

I will only accept returns and issue a credit providing:-

  1. you have contacted me within 2 days of receipt of your item
  2. the item is undamaged, in the same condition it left lindasveils & unworn
  3. the item is received at lindasveils in its original packaging and box
  4. only after the item has been inspected and confirmed as received in  perfect condition will a credit be made

All Custom made and Personalised items are NON Returnable.  They have been made to your own personal specifications and so its very unlikey that another customer will be looking for these too.  Therefore they can not be offered for resale.

If a Custom made item is found to be defective. i.e. embellishments have come undone or unglued then these items will either be repaired or replaced at the cost of lindasveils.  All postal costs will also be paid by lindasveils.

In the unlikely event you need to return an item to lindasveils then this must be done within 7 days of your receipt.  Returns will not be accepted after the 7 day period.  The customer is responsible for postal costs, unless faulty or defective, when items will be exchanged and replaced with an identical item.  Please allow 2 weeks for replacement items to be made and posted off to you.  If an item is required sooner then please indicate this when returning it to me.

Items must be returned with their original paperwork attached and in their original condition & packaging.  Refunds can not be accepted if item has been worn, marked or damaged.

Please notify me of any returns you are making and please also make sure you pack your item well for its return.  If returning items from the UK it is recommended you return the item by Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery which means you will obtain proof and a receipt of your dispatch.  It is impossible for Royal Mail to trace the item without this proof so please keep it in a safe place!

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds or Exchanges will only be authorised for goods returned in their original condition and packaging.  Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item I will either offer an exchange or refund.   A refund will be credited to your original method of payment (this will not include the original P&P costs).  If the item you are returning is faulty, then this will be exchanged Free of Charge and an identical replacement sent to you. 

Security Policy

As a customer, lindasveils values and protects your privacy and all information given on this website. The personal information requested from you is used only to discuss, proceed with and process your order, it is never provided to or passed onto any third party.
